All users of the website (the “site”) of the Institute for Study Abroad (“�鶹��Ƶ”) agree that access to, and use of, the site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. These terms and conditions include the �鶹��Ƶ Privacy Policy as well as all terms and conditions that govern your application and participation in an �鶹��Ƶ program. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

�鶹��Ƶ is committed to building user trust and confidence by promoting and complying with the use of business practices that help protect the privacy of the customer and their data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Reasonable efforts are taken to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information and related materials provided directly by �鶹��Ƶ on the site, but �鶹��Ƶ is not responsible for misprints, out-of-date information, technical inaccuracies, typographical or other errors appearing on the site or any other website containing information about �鶹��Ƶ. Information and related materials are subject to change without notice. The site and all information and related materials it contains are provided “AS IS.” By using the site, you assume the risk that the information and materials on the site may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date or may not meet your needs and requirements.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of �鶹��Ƶ, The Alliance for Global Education, the Intercollegiate Sri Lanka Education (ISLE) Program, Future-Focused Study Abroad, More Culture Less Shock, and Exploring Community & Culture are trademarks or registered trademarks of �鶹��Ƶ.

The content of the site is owned by �鶹��Ƶ, or used by �鶹��Ƶ under license. You may view, copy, print and use content contained on the site solely for your own personal use and provided that:

the content available from the site is used for informational and non-commercial purposes only;
no text, graphics or other content available from the site is modified in any way; and
no graphics available from the site are used, copied or distributed.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication or otherwise any license or other grant of right to use any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property of �鶹��Ƶ or any third party, except as expressly provided herein.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The site may contain links to or be accessed through links on websites of other institutions, individuals or groups. �鶹��Ƶ has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of �鶹��Ƶ. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk; however, �鶹��Ƶ seeks to protect the integrity of the site and the links placed upon it. Reference to any product, process, publication, service or offering of any third party by trade name, trademark, manufacturer or otherwise does not necessarily constitute or imply the endorsement or recommendation of such by �鶹��Ƶ.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

With respect to content you submit or make available for posting on the site, you hereby grant to �鶹��Ƶ a perpetual, non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free right and license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt and publicly display such content on the site or in any other medium for any purpose.

Notwithstanding the above, �鶹��Ƶ does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these third party communications and materials. �鶹��Ƶ reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to �鶹��Ƶ in its sole discretion.

You acknowledge that �鶹��Ƶ does not prescreen content, but that �鶹��Ƶ and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the site. Without limiting the foregoing, �鶹��Ƶ and its designees shall have the right to remove any content that violates the policies of �鶹��Ƶ or is otherwise determined to be objectionable by �鶹��Ƶ in its sole discretion.

EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGING

�鶹��Ƶ offers the opportunity for website visitors to subscribe to an email campaign (~2-4 messages per month). Visitors who chose to supply an email address agree to periodic email messages from �鶹��Ƶ related to our programs, the application process, scholarships, deadlines and unique offerings. Subscription to the email notifications is not required to participate in �鶹��Ƶ programs and activities. Users may, at any time, unsubscribe from the email campaign.

�鶹��Ƶ offers a subscription text message program under the name of “�鶹��Ƶ Notifications and Alerts.” You will receive recurring messages and message frequency varies. Subscription to the program is not required for admission to �鶹��Ƶ programs.

You can join and opt in to receive �鶹��Ƶ Notifications and Alerts by texting JOIN to 49582. After you provide us with your mobile phone number, you will have an opportunity to confirm or decline the service via a reply to an initial text message you receive from �鶹��Ƶ. By replying YES, you are completing your registration and agreeing that �鶹��Ƶ may send you recurring text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates apply.

Once registered, you may discontinue or opt out of our �鶹��Ƶ Notifications and Alerts by texting STOP to 49582. Message and data rates apply. By enrolling in �鶹��Ƶ Notifications and Alerts, you consent that following such a request to discontinue or opt out, you will receive one (1) final message from �鶹��Ƶ confirming that you have been inactivated in our system. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

�鶹��Ƶ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or the materials on this site, even if �鶹��Ƶ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not all the limitation of exclusion or liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless �鶹��Ƶ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions, any content you post to or make available on the site, or any activity (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Access to the site is monitored. The requesting URLs, the machine originating the request and the time of the request are logged for access statistics and security purposes. Use of the site constitutes consent to such monitoring. The site may be unavailable from time to time due to mechanical, telecommunication, software, hardware and third-party vendor failures. �鶹��Ƶ cannot predict or control when such downtime may occur and cannot control the duration of such downtime.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

�鶹��Ƶ reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to make changes in these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the site after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as revised.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Your use of the site shall be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to choice of law provisions. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana.
